General Community

The owners are the General Community and the owners elect members, charging them as a body to govern in accordance with the by-laws. They are responsible for the well-being of the Community in which we live and for working within the agreed annual budget. Within the annual budget the following areas are covered - medical, security, general upkeep of the gardens and common areas, refuse collection, communications and the maintenance of the owners´ clubhouse.
